Special Exhibition: Constanze Geiger in Focus. The House of Music is dedicating a new special exhibition to the composer Constanze Geiger (1835–1890). The occasion is a historic moment: Her Ferdinandus Waltz was performed at this year's New Year's Concert of the Vienna Philharmonic, the first work ever by a woman to be performed there – a significant signal for the visibility of female composers.
