Radio Klassik Stephansdom: Theme day on the House of Music, December 16, 2024

On December 16, 2024, Radio Klassik Stephansdom will focus entirely on the House of Music, considered one of the world's leading interactive sound museums. This themed day will offer listeners not only exciting insights into the unique world of this Viennese cultural gem, but also fascinating stories about its past, present, and future.

The House of Music holds a firm place in Vienna's cultural landscape. On June 15, 2025, it will celebrate its 25th anniversary. For over two decades, the museum has attracted music lovers from all over the world – in 2023 alone, it welcomed an impressive 265,000 visitors. Under the leadership of Simon Posch, who has been Managing Director since January 2003, the House of Music has become an indispensable part of Vienna's music scene.
